I was quite disappointed with my stay at Embassy Suites By Hilton Greensboro Airport. Although the breakfast options were good and I enjoyed the complimentary evening refreshments, the overall condition of the hotel felt outdated, and I encountered several issues with service. From the lack of housekeeping to the unpleasant smell in my room, there were definitely areas that need improvement.

Rooms
5.0
The room had a musty smell and the carpet was bunched up, which made it feel dated and uncomfortable. I expected a more modern and clean environment, especially as a Diamond member, but it was not up to par.
Service
5.0
I had several frustrations with the front desk staff and their attitude toward my requests. Despite my Diamond membership, there was a noticeable lack of recognition of my status and the expected services were not delivered. It was particularly frustrating to have to call daily for basic housekeeping and towel requests.
Location
5.0
The location was convenient for my business travel, but the entrances were poorly lit, which made it uncomfortable at night. I appreciated the accessibility, but security concerns should be addressed.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was a highlight of my stay, particularly the made-to-order omelets, which were a great start to my mornings. However, there was no oversight during breakfast hours, leading to unruly kids running around, which disrupted the relaxing atmosphere.
Facilities
5.0
While the public areas were cozy and well-kept, the consistency of maintenance seemed lacking. The pool area could have used more supervision as it became crowded with children, which limited my ability to enjoy it.

During my stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Greensboro Airport, I found the spacious suites comfortable. although the front desk service left much to be desired. The breakfast, featuring made-to-order omelets, was a highlight, but I did encounter issues with cleanliness in my room. Overall, while the hotel had potential, the service and maintenance aspects felt lacking.

Rooms
6.0
The suites were spacious and included amenities like a microwave and mini fridge, which made my stay comfortable. but cleanliness could have been improved.

The front desk staff were not as responsive or knowledgeable as I hoped. there were delays with check-in and when addressing issues, which detracted from my experience.

5.0/10

My stay at Embassy Suites By Hilton Greensboro Airport was a mixed bag. While the room was clean and the staff was friendly, I found some areas in need of improvement, notably the breakfast quality and overall maintenance. The hotel's location, while convenient to the airport, is quite a distance from downtown, and there are limited dining options nearby. 😕

Rooms
6.0
The suite I stayed in was clean but showed signs of age. The carpet had dark spots, and there was a musty smell. The windows were dirty, impacting the overall experience.
Service
7.0
The staff was courteous and attentive, particularly the front desk personnel who made me feel welcome. However, during a chaotic check-in experience for some guests, service seemed less organized.
Location
5.0
The hotel's location is a bit misleading. While it offers free shuttle services, it's about 20 minutes from downtown Greensboro, making it less ideal if you don't have a car.
Dining
6.0
The breakfast was pretty disappointing. While there was a variety, the taste was lackluster, especially the eggs and biscuits. However, I appreciated the made-to-order omelets during breakfast.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel had a decent layout and some good amenities, including a pool, but it lacked relaxation areas like lounge chairs. Maintenance issues were noted in common areas.

7.0/10

My stay at Embassy Suites was mixed. While I appreciated the spacious layout of the rooms and the complimentary evening reception, the overall condition of the hotel left much to be desired. I found the rooms to be in need of serious updates, and the breakfast offering was not as impressive as I had hoped. It needs significant improvements to meet the expected standards of a Hilton hotel.

Rooms
5.0
The spacious layout of the rooms was enjoyable, but cleanliness and upkeep were major issues. The furniture felt outdated and the overall ambiance did not convey a renovated feel.
Service
5.0
The staff were friendly and responsive, which was a highlight of my stay. However, I didn't find them particularly accommodating when I raised concerns about my room's condition.
Location
5.0
The location was convenient for accessing GSO airport, but I found it a bit tricky to spot at night. Overall, it was just okay.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast was disappointing, with many items not properly prepared or available. The made-to-order omelets were nice, but the rest of the buffet was lacking quality.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel had standard amenities, but there was a general feeling of neglect in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. The facilities need more attention to enhance the guest experience.

My stay at the Embassy Suites was a mixed bag. While the breakfast with the made-to-order omelets was a highlight, I faced challenges during check-in and issues with the room's cleanliness and maintenance. The staff was generally friendly, but the condition of the hotel left much to be desired. Overall, it felt like the hotel could benefit from some updates. 😊

Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, but it really needed some TLC. The carpet was worn, and there were maintenance issues like a leaky toilet and a clogged tub that negatively impacted my experience.
Service
6.0
The service varied during my stay. I encountered a particularly rude staff member at check-in, which was disappointing. However, some team members were extremely helpful, like Alex at the front desk, who went out of his way to accommodate my family.
Location
7.0
The hotel's location next to the airport was convenient for travels, but the surroundings felt dated, and I didn't see many updates in the lobby or hallways. It seemed to lack the energy of a more recent hotel.
Dining
8.0
Breakfast was a standout with a good mix of choices, especially the made-to-order omelets, which were fantastic. However, the coffee left something to be desired.
Facilities
5.0
While the amenities like the evening reception and pool were nice, I noticed there were only two luggage carts available, which led to frustrating delays. The lack of a business center also made things inconvenient during my stay.
